The Michigan Harvest of the Month Evaluation’s objective is to conduct formative and impact evaluations of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – Nutrition Education (SNAP-Ed) interventions coordinated and delivered by the Michigan Fitness Foundation in schools and retailers throughout Michigan. This evaluation uses mixed methods, including pre/post surveys, shopper intercept surveys, and key informant interviews, to move the Michigan Harvest of the Month intervention from a pilot project to a practice-based program.
SRG was a great partner for our first experience with using iPads for data collection. They patiently explained the programming and data storage options and were always on-hand to troubleshoot. They completed all tasks on schedule and were a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to partnering with SRG on future projects.
“Working with the Survey Research Group has allowed us to obtain high-quality data while securely exchanging complex data sets. Their ability to remain flexible has kept our study in motion despite frequent protocol changes. SRG is excellent to work with due to their quick correspondence, problem solving techniques, and excellent data management capabilities. We enjoy our current partnership with SRG and highly recommend their services.”
