Toiyabe Indian Health Project: PICH and REACH Evaluations

SRG serves as the evaluator for two Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-funded grants that the Toiyabe Indian Health Project (TIHP), a tribal consortium in rural California, is managing. These two grants, Partnerships in Community Health (PICH) and Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH), include several obesity prevention, nutrition education, food access, physical activity promotion, and tobacco cessation interventions for multiple Indian tribes serviced by TIHP. SRG works closely with TIHP and the CDC to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions and inform program planning and outreach efforts.
